**Job title: Junior head of sales**

**Job overview**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fruits and vegetables industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Employment type: full-time**
