Role Description
Ø Develop and execute integrated multichannel digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social, email, paid media) tailored to pharma audiences: HCPs, consumers, and partners
Ø Oversee campaign creation for product launches, disease awareness, medical education, and patient engagement – co –creation with marketing team
Ø Manage all digital assets including websites, apps, microsites, and ecommerce presence.
Ø Manage all the market research activities centrally
Ø Direct social media strategy and online community management, optimizing growth and engagement metrics.
Ø Prepare reports on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, cost-per-lead, ROI); conduct regular analytics to refine campaign effectiveness.
Ø Ensure all communications adhere to pharma marketing regulations (DCGI, FDA, global standards).
Ø Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Sales) for content accuracy and compliance.
Ø Manage external digital agencies and vendors, and oversee budget allocation and campaign spend.
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor's (or higher) in Marketing, Science, Business, or related field; certifications in Digital Marketing preferred.
Ø Minimum 5 years' digital marketing experience; at least 2 years in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry.
Ø Skills in content marketing, campaign analytics, SEO/SEM, paid digital, CRM, and social media management platforms.
Ø Strong knowledge of healthcare/pharma compliance, SOPs, and online advertising standards.
Ø Exceptional project management, digital strategy, and leadership abilities.
Ø Data-driven and creative mindset—proactive in innovating within regulatory boundaries.
