Experience: 1–2 yrs (Recruitment exp – Freight Forwarding industry)

Reports to: HR Manager

Salary : 20-25k

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources

operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, follow-ups,

and engagement activities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are

essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling

interviews, and follow-ups.

 Coordinate with internal teams and Consultancy for interview scheduling and feedback.

 Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.

 Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

 Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

 Assist with daily HR operations, administrative tasks and events

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Proficient in MS Office , Excel, Word

 Good Communication skill

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in organizing corporate events or engagement initiatives.

 Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
