Dear All,

We are looking for candidates for our sister company, EIE Renewables Private Limited, in the Procurement Department at our Head Office in Delhi.

Role & responsibilities

  • Making PO, Comparison Sheet, Rate Analysis etc.
  • Solar PV Modules (as per ALMM)
  • Inverters (central/string)
  • Module Mounting Structures (MMS)
  • AC/DC cables, switchgear, transformers
  • SCADA, RTU, weather monitoring systems
  • Civil, electrical subcontracting services
  • Prepare and finalize purchase orders, rate contracts, and long-term agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and onboard technically and financially sound vendors for both materials and services.
  • Maintain a qualified vendor database and build long-term vendor relationships.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations of suppliers and contractors.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Site Execution teams to align procurement with project needs.
  • Track procurement progress through procurement trackers and highlight delays or risk areas.
  • Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, tax/GST regulations, import norms, and sustainability standards.
  • Maintain procurement documentation for audits, inspections, and MIS reporting.
  • Vendor Evaluation & Management
  • Project-based Procurement
  • Understanding of solar project BOQ/specs (IS/MNRE/MNRE ALMM)

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should have a strong understanding of Procurement in Solar Power Projects.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Renewable Energy or Power companies.
