EverEnviro is looking for Deputy Manager - Procurement for its Gurugram location. Please find the job details below:

Role & responsibilities

  1. Good experience in Procurement / Sourcing / Purchase of CAPEX & OPEX.

  2. Should have the experience in Logistics & Transportation orders.

  3. Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money including, cost, quality standards, on- time delivery, cashflow etc.

  4. Analyse the market and forecast the business risk.

  5. Post order management must handle complete P2P cycle.

  6. Price estimation, benchmarking, data analysis of the Item/equipment price

  7. Supplier Relationship Management

  8. Strategic souring like ARCs, Long term contracts.

  9. Hands-on experience in SAP Hana

  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in procurement and update procurement policies and procedures as needed

  11. Optimize the procurement process including TAT, DTP (days to pay), COQ (cost of quality).

  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, projects, operations, contracts and legal, to ensure alignment and efficiency in procurement activities.

  13. Develop strategic vendors and relationship management.

  14. Work with cross functional teams to maintain supplier scorecard.

  15. Identify opportunities and implement new initiatives for cost savings.

Preferred Qualification

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in procurement/sourcing with a strong focus on procurement preferably from Power, Oil & Gas, steel, Cement and Infrastructure companies.
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes, including vendor onboarding, purchase order execution, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or SAP MM module is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pricing trends and market dynamics.
