  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our products and systems at client locations, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions
  • Deliver comprehensive technical training to clients on product operation, maintenance best practices, and safety procedures
  • Maintain detailed records of service interventions, including site visit reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, utilizing relevant CRM or service management tools
  • Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Noida region, acting as a trusted technical advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs and business growth potential
