Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key accounts for the company's IT services and consulting offerings.
  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to develop tailored solutions that meet customers' needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

  • 7-11 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on enterprise sales or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients or growing existing relationships within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting offerings including software products/solutions.
