Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cuddapah for an Assistant Manager - Quantity Surveyor and Billing. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, ensuring cost controls, planning and reporting costs, and collaborating with stakeholders to align budgets with project objectives. The Assistant Manager will also support billing functions, prepare interim payment certificates, and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Knowledge of Cost Reporting and ability to provide accurate forecasts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with construction project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in quantity surveying and billing, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sectors
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
