Accounts Payable Analyst

Department: Claims Management

We're on the lookout for Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct the banks daily on exceptions. Run and upload positive pay files for applicable banks.
  • Issue bad faith and ECP checks from MAS.
  • Generate daily exception report for WPC.
  • Update recovery reports for every month and create journal entries for each account.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Graduation is Must.
  • Typing speed: Minimum 35+ WPM with 10-key accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

  • Data Entry Accuracy: Able to enter high volumes of data with minimal error.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, consistency, and error-free outputs.
  • Time Management: Capable of prioritising and completing tasks within set deadlines.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication; can escalate issues appropriately.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach in dealing with internal teams and external providers.
  • Document Handling: Able to process, index, and categorise large volumes of digital and scanned documents.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handles sensitive information in line with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).
  • Multitasking: Able to switch between tasks efficiently in a high-paced, SLA-driven environment.
  • Initiative: Proactive in identifying issues and raising them early for resolution.
  • Must speak English
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills conducted in a timely manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Demonstrate significant ability to enter data correctly
