Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and record all financial transactions in Tally.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Create and manage sales invoices, delivery challans, and vendor payment records.
  • Support audit preparation and ensure all documentation is well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (experience in real estate/construction preferred).
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and general accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
