Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Executive
with 2–4 years of experience in
expense management, inventory accounting, and general ledger entries
. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring expenses, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring proper booking of journal entries in line with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record
    day-to-day expenses
    ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Verify, classify, and post
    expense vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
    .
  • Handle
    inventory accounting
    – monitor stock movement, coordinate with the store/operations team for physical verification, and reconcile stock records.
  • Prepare and post
    journal entries
    for accruals, adjustments, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and support for all entries and reports.
  • Reconcile
    vendor accounts, inventory ledgers, and expense reports
    periodically.
  • Assist in
    month-end and year-end closing
    activities.
  • Support internal and external
    audit processes
    by providing relevant schedules and documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting principles
    and
    expense management processes
    .
  • Experience in
    inventory accounting and reconciliation
    .

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
    or equivalent qualification.
