Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions in SAP (purchase, sales, journal entries, etc.)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure proper documentation of records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocation and expense tracking.
  • Generate financial statements and MIS reports from SAP.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting ledgers and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO module) is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling vendor payments, purchase orders, and invoicing in SAP.
  • Exposure to inventory accounting or costing.
  • Knowledge of audit preparation and statutory filings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
