Role & responsibilities

  5. Brand Management:

  6. Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives.

  7. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  8. Manage and enhance the companys brand identity and reputation.

  9. Digital Marketing:

  10. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  11. Analyze and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI.

  12. Ensure a strong online presence and engagement on various digital platforms.

  13. Lead Generation:

  14. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality prospects.

  15. Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

  16. Content Creation:

  17. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, videos, brochures, and newsletters.

  18. Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and supports overall marketing objectives.

  19. Team Leadership:

  20. Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  21. Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and support.

  22. Event Management:

  23. Plan and execute marketing events, such as property showcases, webinars, and industry conferences.

  24. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

  25. Market Analysis and Reporting:

  26. Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance.

  27. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.

  28. Vendor Management:

  29. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.

  30. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
