Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms to learn about their goals, backgrounds, and motivations.
  • Recommend tailored learning paths based on each student's unique needs and aspirations.
  • Provide clear and detailed information about program offerings, including curriculum, schedules, pricing, and the enrollment process.
  • Assist students through every step of the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions using our CRM system.
  • Help meet monthly enrollment goals through consultative outreach and consistent follow-ups.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospective students through empathy, active listening, and honest guidance.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 0–2 years of experience in admissions, academic advising, education sales, or similar student-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A natural people person—someone who enjoys connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven by goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus—but not a must (we'll provide training if needed).
