Job description for Customer Success Executive
Skills required -

6) Efficiency and time management skills.
Responsibilities -
Client communication with regards to all campaigns/projects, deliverables, analytical reporting and escalation handling.
Solely responsible for client satisfaction and responses.
Documentation (IO, SOW, SOP, Presentations, Billing Reports, Dashboard etc.)
Liaise with internal teams for campaign execution/delivery as and when needed.
Responsible for monthly account growth/revenue.
Conduct review meetings with internal teams for account monitoring.
Checking email creatives to ensure client requirements are met.
Daily reporting to the manager and management on the accounts/clients you handle.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
