CTC Offered: Upto 5 LPA (Including 10% Variable Pay)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Record all business transactions accurately in the accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Track payments due from clients and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding financial matters, including providing information on outstanding balances, explaining financial reports, and addressing any concerns the client may have.
  • Interact with various teams across the organization to ensure the proper record of data.
  • Assist in preparing the necessary documents and reports that are needed for accurate tax filings, compliances, etc.
