Role & responsibilities

Unconventional HR Specialist to shatter the 9-to-5 mindset and ignite a high-performance, high-engagement culture. You will design and execute bold initiatives that boost productivity without burning people out, proving that exceptional results can emerge from flexible, energised teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Challenge the Clock: Pilot results-only work environments (ROWE), asynchronous collaboration, and flexible scheduling; measure output, not hours.
  • Engagement Reimagined: Create micro-experimentsgamified wellness challenges, innovation sprints," peer-to-peer recognition marketplaces, and surprise "recharge days"—to sustain energy and loyalty.
  • Productivity Levers: Identify friction points in fund accounting workflows; co-create tech-enabled rituals (e.g., AI-assisted task batching, focus-block calendars) that shave hours while preserving accuracy.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Track engagement (eNPS), productivity KPIs, and attrition; iterate fast with A/B tests and employee pulse surveys.
  • Culture Architect: Facilitate "no-meeting zones," cross-functional "hackathons," and storytelling sessions that turn compliance-heavy processes into shared missions.
  • Talent Pipeline: Redesign campus and lateral hiring to attract self-starters who value impact over face-time.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8+ years in HR generalist or engagement roles; start-up or professional services exposure a plus.
  • Proven ability to run experiments and interpret people analytics.
  • Fearless communicator who can sell radical ideas to skeptical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Indian labour laws; experience in IT / ITES, BFSI or shared services preferred.
  • Toolkit: Slack/Teams, engagement platforms (CultureAmp, 15Five), basic data visualisation (Tableau/Power BI).
