Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Senior Retail Sales Executive to represent our luxury furniture brand at our Hyderabad showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, exceptional customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to close high-value sales while delivering a premium in-store experience aligned with a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers in a courteous, professional, and consultative manner.
  • Present luxury furniture collections with in-depth knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, finishes, and customization options.
  • Provide personalized furniture solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets through relationship building and upselling.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards aligned with luxury brand positioning.
  • Handle billing, quotations, and order processing accurately using POS/ERP systems.
  • Follow up on inquiries, deliveries, and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns professionally in coordination with service teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Participate in training programs on new collections, materials, and design trends.
  • Assist with sales reporting and inventory coordination.
