  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
