Job Description:
As an Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the

seamless execution of our wildlife safaris and cultural trips. This position is perfect for

fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years or experience who are passionate about travel and wildlife.

Responsibilities:

Guest Coordination: Assist in managing guest reservations, inquiries, and feedback

to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking through to post-safari and

culture trip follow-ups

Logistics Management
: Coordinate logistics for safari and cultural trips, including

transportation, accommodation bookings, and meal arrangements. Ensure all

arrangements meet high company standards and exceed guest expectations

Administrative Support
: Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings,

and financial transactions. Provide support to office operations as needed,

contributing to the smooth functioning of daily activities

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelors / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field
  • Passion for wildlife, culture, and travel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently as needed
