Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday US Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in Workday Payroll processes and system configuration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll functionality, security protocols, and data management within Workday, along with the ability to lead design initiatives and provide strategic solutions across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday US Payroll functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and organizational standards.
  • Design and implement security protocols and maintain role-based access controls.
  • Manage and safeguard payroll data through appropriate encryption and security techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient payroll solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members across multiple projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track project progress and resolve challenges.
  • Review and optimize application design, processes, and functionality for performance improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must-Have Skill: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
  • Certification: Mandatory Workday Primary Skill-related Certification.
  • Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of application payroll functionality and system configuration.
  • Experience in security design, role-based access control, and data encryption.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions across teams.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Location: Bengaluru (onsite role).
