About the Role
Sri Vaidya is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Manager to strengthen our Home Panchakarma Division across Delhi NCR.
This role focuses on client acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue generation for our at-home Ayurvedic therapy services. The Sales Manager will act as the direct link between prospective clients and the clinical team — ensuring that every inquiry translates into a seamless, personalized, and trust-based Panchakarma experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Convert leads into confirmed Home Panchakarma bookings through warm, informed, and consultative communication.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Home Panchakarma services.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline, manage CRM data, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, wellness events, and community partnerships.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client health needs and match them with suitable Panchakarma programs under doctor guidance.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Handle all client queries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a superior experience from first call to therapy completion.
Coordination & Operations Support
Collaborate with the operations team to schedule therapists and manage therapy timelines.
Work closely with doctors and the marketing team to align offers, campaigns, and service communication.
Ensure client feedback is documented, analyzed, and acted upon to improve service quality.
Reporting & Accountability
Track leads, conversions, and daily performance metrics.
Prepare concise weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and revenue generation.
Desired Profile
3–6 years' experience in Ayurveda / Panchakarma / Ayurvedic wellness sales or client management roles.
Strong communication and persuasion skills — able to connect with high-net-worth and wellness-focused clients.
Understanding of Panchakarma therapies, Ayurvedic terms, and client expectations.
Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Confident in phone, WhatsApp, and in-person client interactions.
Compensation & Location
Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Attractive Sales Incentives
