Role & responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and long-term goals
- Support the implementation of organizational restructuring or reengineering efforts.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, such as culture building, change management, and succession planning
- Coordinate the recruitment process, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Implement effective communication channels to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Ensure seamless execution of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in conducting performance evaluations and identifying development needs.
- Assist Head HR in normalization of increment and promotions to conclude performance appraisal cycle.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and create programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate employee training initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical / skills training.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee welfare activities.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, and well-being.
