We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR
function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
end-to-end recruitment, ensuring HR compliance, and driving a positive, high-performance
culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top
talent across departments.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management including payroll coordination,
documentation, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with
business goals.
- Support leadership in organizational development, engagement, and retention
initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure seamless internal communication.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 -7 + years of experience in HR management with strong exposure to recruitment and
HR compliances.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and people-first approach to HR.
