Position: IT Executive

Work Type: Full-Time

Gender: Male/Female – Both can apply

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and skill set)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and administrative departments for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, projectors, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot system issues including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN networks, and Wi-Fi routers.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email systems, and access controls.
  • Support digital classroom tools and ensure smooth functioning of online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
  • Ensure timely maintenance and updates of systems, including antivirus and security patches.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory across branches.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, AMC, and repair services.
  • Assist in setting up IT infrastructure in new or existing branches when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, service requests, and issue resolutions.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, preferably in an educational or institutional environment.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, MS Office, and common IT tools.
  • Ability to handle classroom tech setup (projectors, sound systems, online platforms).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel between branches if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
