**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset

**Desired Skills**:

- Written & Communication Skills in English - Advance level
- Comfortable using computers.
- Should have Laptop or PC
- Ability to function with limited supervision
- Exposure to working in night shifts
- Hands on troubleshooting skills - Technology level
- Ability to adapt to situations and changes
- Experience in working under pressure
- Quick leaner

**Job mode**: work from home

**Salary**:Negotiable (Depending upon skills)

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
