Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting E3 Group's diverse product portfolio. Daily tasks include visiting clients, demonstrating product features, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory in Field Sales; preference to candidates with Edgeband/Interior/Modular Furniture industry knowledge)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to INR 4.2 LPA
About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Edgeband product line in Surat. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in on-field client visits, dealer network management, and direct sales within the Edgeband, modular furniture, laminates, or plywood industry. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and consistent sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Conduct daily client visits to dealers, distributors, and furniture manufacturers to promote Edgeband products
➤ Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
➤ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
➤ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management
➤ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential customers
➤ Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences
➤ Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries
➤ Maintain accurate sales records, visit reports, and follow-up schedules
➤ Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to generate leads
Required Qualifications & Skills
➤ Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (Edgeband industry experience preferred)
➤ Strong knowledge of Edgeband products, applications, and market segments
➤ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
➤ Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
➤ Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting
➤ Willingness to travel extensively in Surat and nearby regions
➤ Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
