Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our cosmetic brand "YESI". The role involves visiting distributors, stockiest, and retailers to promote and sell cosmetic products, ensuring strong market presence, order collection, and brand visibility in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential distributors, stockiest, and retailers regularly to promote the YESI product line.

Generate orders and ensure timely collection of purchase orders from the field.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Build strong business relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships.

Monitor stock availability at the distributor/retailer level and ensure timely replenishment.

Assist in executing promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and product demonstrations.

Conduct market surveys to gather competitor insights, price trends, and customer preferences.

Submit daily sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with the internal dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing.

Attend regular sales meetings, product training sessions, and field performance reviews.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in the cosmetic, FMCG, or personal care industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Must be self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

Familiar with local market trends and dealer/distributor networks.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.

Specialization in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
