Role & Responsibilities Field Sales Executive (Intern)

  • Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify potential buyers and sellers in the construction material sector and onboard them onto the Conkart platform.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research: Gather data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.
  • Sales Conversion: Present Conkarts offerings to potential clients, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent Conkart at site visits, local business hubs, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and market insights, and share updates with the team regularly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Students pursuing graduation or post-graduation (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields). Open to all disciplines with a passion for sales.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

  • Personal Traits:

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Willingness to travel locally within Surat and surrounding areas.
  • Eagerness to learn about the construction industry and B2B sales.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

  • Other Requirements: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an advantage
