Our Client in the Automobile sector is looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Knowledge of Tally will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing accurate information when required.
  • Manage daily attendance and visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage basic office inventory such as stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Support the HR and Accounts teams with routine clerical and data entry tasks.
  • Use Tally for basic accounting entries, billing, or record maintenance (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
