Sales Managers

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers with proven experience in B2B school sales to drive outreach and partnerships with schools in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong existing school connects, a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, management, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools in the assigned region
- Deliver engaging product demos and proposals tailored to school needs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional growth
- Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in school sales (B2B)
- Strong existing connects with schools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground field work
- Graduate degree; experience in education, EdTech, or school supplies industry preferred
Build partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE, and premium CBSE schools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
