About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Agency Manager to join our Health Agency vertical at HDFC ERGO General Insurance. In this role, you will drive agency growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, while ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to build a strong agency network.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Support agents with tools, training, and motivation for sustained success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity.
  • Represent HDFC ERGO with professionalism and customer-centricity in the market.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management.
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and team spirit.
