Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including bookkeeping, invoices, and accounting documentation
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and monthly/annual reports in coordination with foreign headquarters for the Finance Manager
  • Develop, implement, and optimize financial systems, tools, and workflows
  • Ensure adherence to tax, VAT, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation for annual account closures
  • Prepare monthly budgets and monitor expenditures against forecasts
  • Manage bank accounts, payments, and overall treasury operations
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain employee timesheets
  • Handle statutory filings, tax deductions, and ensure timely compliance with labor regulations

2. Administrative & Logistic Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes for office equipment and services complying with organizational policies and relevant regulations
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts and monitor service quality and delivery performance
  • Oversee logistics for shipments and deliveries related to raw materials, office supplies, and project operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, fixed assets, and equipment
  • Ensure timely updates and audits of inventory and asset registers

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and administration roles
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and procurement processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
