Finance And Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities
1. Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including bookkeeping, invoices, and accounting documentation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and monthly/annual reports in coordination with foreign headquarters for the Finance Manager
- Develop, implement, and optimize financial systems, tools, and workflows
- Ensure adherence to tax, VAT, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation for annual account closures
- Prepare monthly budgets and monitor expenditures against forecasts
- Manage bank accounts, payments, and overall treasury operations
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee timesheets
- Handle statutory filings, tax deductions, and ensure timely compliance with labor regulations
2. Administrative & Logistic Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for office equipment and services complying with organizational policies and relevant regulations
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts and monitor service quality and delivery performance
- Oversee logistics for shipments and deliveries related to raw materials, office supplies, and project operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, fixed assets, and equipment
- Ensure timely updates and audits of inventory and asset registers
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance and administration roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
