Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers, understand requirements, and pitch sales effectively.

Conduct model house demos and miniature explanations to potential clients.

Handle direct walk-ins and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Arrange and lead site visits for prospective buyers.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.

Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing teams for timely lead follow-ups.

Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Energetic, team-oriented, and self-motivated.

Experience in any sales domain (B2B, Direct Sales, or Field Sales preferred).

Immediate joiners are highly encouraged.

Two-wheeler mandatory (must be open to site travel).
