Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our remote sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, handling sales inquiries, and converting leads — all from your home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer doubts
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer details in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telesales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- A laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection is mandatory
- A quiet and professional work environment at home
- Full-time availability (Preferred working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
