Key Responsibilities I
dentify and onboard new corporate anchors to expand the SCF portfolio. Develop and maintain strong relationships with anchor partners and stakeholders. Manage end-to-end anchor activation, including program setup and documentation. Drive business volumes through buyer and supplier onboarding under each anchor program. Work closely with risk, operations, and credit teams for smooth program approvals. Monitor anchor program performance, utilization, and revenue targets. Track deferrals, DPD cases, and ensure timely renewals of limits. Conduct regular business reviews with anchor partners and internal teams. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen business strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in Anchor Sales / Corporate
Relationship Management / SCF (preferred NBFC or Banking experience).
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance products (Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting & sales pipeline management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
