Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated female candidates to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling surgical instruments and devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals over call. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced sales professional, we offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment to grow your career in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand and promote company products to healthcare professionals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and hospitals.

· Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support where required.

· Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

· Participate in medical exhibitions, seminars, and training sessions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).

· 0–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong sense of professionalism and customer focus.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email).

· Fluent in local language and English.

· Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and confident.

· Quick learner and passionate about medical technology.
