Back Office Associate

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in a similar back office or administrative role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and tools as required

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, including client information, proposals, contracts, and project status updates.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Business Development team and other departments within the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and vendors.
- Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to support business development initiatives.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and review of business documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Coordination: Coordinate logistics for business development events, conferences, and meetings, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to business development activities.
