**About the Profile - Backoffice Associate**

As a Backoffice Associate for a stock broking company, your primary responsibility will be to handle and manage the administrative tasks and operations related to stock trading and investment activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning of the back office operations and supporting the front office activities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of financial markets will contribute to the efficient functioning of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Trade Processing: Accurately process and reconcile trade transactions, including order execution, trade confirmations, and stock payin settlements. Ensure timely and accurate entry of trade data into relevant systems

Account Opening: Assist in the account opening process for Demat accounts. This includes collecting necessary documents from clients, verifying the information provided, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Document Verification: Verify the authenticity and completeness of client documents submitted for account opening. Cross-check details such as identity proofs, address proofs, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter client information and account details into the company's systems and databases. Maintain organized records of client documents and information for future reference and regulatory compliance.

Account Maintenance: Assist in the ongoing maintenance of client accounts, including updating contact details, bank account information, and other relevant data. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating account information.

Client Communication: Interact with clients to collect additional information, clarify queries, or request any pending documentation required for account opening or maintenance. Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients at all times.

Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as the back office, compliance, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any client-related issues effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of stock market operations and investment products.
- Familiarity with Demat accounts and the account opening process (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
