**Job Profile: Back Office Executive (Accounting & Client Service)**

**Position**: Back Office Executive
**Location**: Mumbai, Andheri East

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day back-office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Handle accounting tasks such as invoicing, transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, maintaining ledgers, and supporting audits.
- Engage with clients through regular follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and sharing relevant financial updates.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with client account management and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional client interactions.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and prior experience with financial record-keeping.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in back-office work, accounting, or client service is a plus.
