Role Description

This is a strategic leadership role. You'll be the agency's digital knowledge hub—shaping integrated strategies, guiding teams, and embedding innovation. Beyond recommending "digital/social," you'll identify the right solution for each marketing opportunity—whether SEO, performance, content, social, or AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities


• Collaborate with Customer and the internal Customer-Brand Director to design effective digital-first solutions.


• Lead SEO, SEM, and performance strategies to deliver measurable results.


• Build content and social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.


• Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and ensure optimization across all digital initiatives.


• Champion AI and emerging tech adoption across campaigns and workflows.


• Act as the knowledge leader—training teams, curating best practices, and driving thought leadership.

Qualifications

8–10 years in digital marketing with proven success in SEO, SEM, and performance; agency experience preferred.

Strong grasp of content strategy, social media management, and analytics.

Tech-forward mindset with comfort across Martech and automation tools.

Passion for AI and future-facing marketing practives.
