As a Sr. Technical Leader specializing in Android Middleware for Automotive Infotainment, your role will involve designing and developing software architecture for Android Middleware/Platform within the automotive sector. You should have a strong background in working with AOSP and HAL, showcasing your expertise and forward-thinking approach in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Middleware Developers focusing on domains such as Audio, Media, Tuner, Connectivity, Graphics, Projection, inter-domain communication, Camera, and Display sharing. - Act as the main customer interface for all software-related activities, including design reviews and negotiation of customer requirements. - Demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and devise technical solutions. - Develop and maintain software design documents, specifications, and test plans. - Identify technical risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to integrate software components into the system. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in IVI, Cluster/Digital Cockpit domain and its requirements. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. - Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in automotive software development. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and communicate with key stakeholders. - Experience in defining AIDL interfaces for framework components. - Ensure implementation aligns with CDD and passes CTS, VTS standards.
