Role Overview:

Managing production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting for the production of standard quality of pure A2 Ghir cow ghee. The role includes monitoring quality system online, ensuring compliance with preset standards and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in process quality & improvement in process capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the entire ghee production process, including Ghee processing, heating, packaging, and storage, to meet production goals.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and monitor strict quality and hygiene standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, GMP) to ensure product consistency and quality.

3. Equipment & Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation and preventive maintenance of all plant machinery, boilers, RO units, and ETPs.

4. Safety & Environment: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all health and environmental guidelines are followed.

6. Packaging: Oversee the packing of the cooled ghee into hygienic, air-tight, and eco-friendly containers like glass jars, often by local women.

7. Traditional & Ayurvedic Adherence: Maintain the integrity of the traditional methods and the Ayurvedic properties of Gir cow ghee.

8. Hygiene and Sanitation: Knowledge and practice of maintaining hygienic facilities and equipment to prevent contamination.

Lead and coordinate production team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the teams mission and objectives.

Key Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and supply chain management in milk and milk products.

  2. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the industry.

3.Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and drive process improvements.
