What the role is about:
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions from our portfolio
- Showcase our products through demos, POCs, and technical presentations
- Prepare strong, detailed responses for RFPs/RFIs
- Ensure solutions are practical, competitive, and future-ready
- Stay updated with the latest in enterprise communication, security, and networking
- Travel occasionally for customer meetings
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT (or related field)
- Experience in
pre-sales / solution design
(telecom, IT, or security background preferred) - Ability to explain complex tech in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- A team player who enjoys working closely with sales and technical teams
