Job Tittle: Customer Success Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking highly engaged Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) to act as the primary technical and relationship liaison for our clients. This pivotal role requires an effective combination of foundational IT expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver both rapid technical resolution and superior client satisfaction.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Technical Support:
    Provide expert, first-level support across Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft SQL Server, and core networking/internet troubleshooting.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Assist clients with configurations, execute basic database queries, and meticulously document all issues and resolutions.
  • Client Advocacy:
    Proactively build and maintain robust client relationships, understand specific needs, and conduct effective onboarding and training for new users.
  • CRM Management:
    Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate, detailed records within CRM systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical:
    Working knowledge of MS Office, MS SQL Server, networking fundamentals, and internet troubleshooting. Must be a rapid learner of new technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    Outstanding verbal and written English communication. Proven ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
