Senior Accountant – Jewellery Store

Location: Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and managing high-value transactions within the diamond jewellery store.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of the store's product range, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and custom designs.

Assist customers in selecting pieces that suit their occasions and budgets, providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.

Handle customer queries, concerns and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, customer engagement and store profitability.

Ensure all sales processes are completed accurately, including payment transactions, documentation and invoicing.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing best practices for selling luxury goods and managing client relationships.

Participate in training sessions for staff, helping them develop their knowledge of diamonds and luxury sales.

Skills:

Must have product knowledge and customer service.

In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and precious metals, including the ability to explain diamond grading and certification (GIA knowledge preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with VIP clients.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customer needs and preferences.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Retail or related field.

Min 5 to 8 years of experience.

Must have Language (English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu)

Preferred female candidates.
