Job description

MBA in Finance is a must. As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of tasks like inform about the investment strategy and make investment decisions for the company. This role is data intensive and require strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor company expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in financial data analysis and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master's or MBA Finance preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
