Loyalty Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled Loyalty Program Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty program strategy, customer engagement, and retention.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Design and execute customer segmentation strategies to identify key groups.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of loyalty programs and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and legal adherence.
- Create and manage program designs to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to optimize results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, focusing on customer engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to design and execute customer segmentation strategies.
- Experience in driving customer engagement and retention through various channels.
