Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Purchaser based in Pune. The Assistant Purchaser will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, maintaining supplier relationships, and monitoring inventory levels. Daily tasks include processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, conducting market research on new suppliers, and coordinating with various departments to meet their purchasing needs.
Qualifications
- Procurement and Negotiation skills
- Inventory Management and Supplier Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
