Roles-Responsibilities What youll be learning as Business Analyst:

  • IT Industry- Candidate must have experience from eCommerce Projects
  • Business / Solution Analysis - Youll be responsible for making the first analysis of requirements so gather and analyze business requirements related to eCommerce
  • Facilitate integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
  • Documentation - Youll be responsible for documenting all the requirements and explaining the same to the development team.
  • Problem-solving - Youll be responsible for learning new frameworks and doing research and analysis for the clients will be responsible to get the problems solved by coordinating the problems with Management and Technical team.
  • Client Communication - Youll be responsible for making sure all the communication with clients happens smoothly and clients get regular updates
  • Pro-active approach - You should be proactive to identify the risks and understanding where we might have issues in terms of projects and clients.
  • Consulting : In the future, youll be consulting your client and making sure we get customer success.

The advantage of having skills on:

  • Strong knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shop ware, Symphony, WooCommerce etc...)
